ResumAI provides AI-powered resume optimization services, including but not limited to:

Resume analysis and optimization
Keyword suggestions
Format optimization
Cover letter generation (Premium plan only)

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your account
Use the service for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to circumvent any service limitations

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including all content and features, is owned by ResumAI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Usage

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

ResumAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
